My career began in the early 90s in Stillorgan, learning the trade from my next-door neighbour. He taught me everything about painting & decorating.Â
A few years later, I moved to Luxembourg, where I was commissioned by the renowned architect Daniel Lass to decorate his own private residence and offices.Â
This was the most significant project of my career. The scale and precision required were so demanding that I flew my neighbour from Stillorgan over to Luxembourg to help me ensure the finish was flawless.
In 2000, I returned home to Dublin to establish Feargal McCarthy Painting and Decorating Services. I brought that same level of international standard back to every hall, stairs, and landing in Lucan and beyond.
